At Embody, the woman comes first—not the body she displays to the world, but her pleasure, her aliveness, and her experience of life. You can’t feel that from the outside. That’s why Discovery exists. It’s your invitation to step inside Embody and experience what words can only begin to describe.

Come curious. See for yourself.
Get a behind-the-scenes look at Embody—what it’s all about and how the practice unfolds. Experience how the movement begins in your own body, then see where it can lead through a demonstration.
The one-hour experience includes time to connect over light bites and conversation, with space for your questions and whatever you’d like to share.

After Discovery
Something becomes possible that wasn’t there before.
Most women get very good at carrying everything. We learn to keep going, meet expectations, care for others, and pay attention to how our bodies look—often with very little space to notice what we feel, what we want, what we need, or what brings us alive. Embody creates that space. After Discovery, you’ll have felt a little of what it’s like when some of that attention comes back to you.
And when your body tells you it’s time for more, you’ll know where to go.
