The Foundational Experience is designed as a progression. Each week builds on the one before it, introducing and layering movement so your body has time to learn through experience—not memorization. There’s nothing to get right. Instead, you begin to notice what your body responds to, what it enjoys, and what starts to feel like your own.
Week after week, that familiarity builds confidence—and so does the simple act of continuing to choose yourself. As the movement becomes more familiar, there’s more room to soften, feel, explore, and express—to discover what happens when you slow down enough to listen.

Learn the language of S Factor® through guided movement, curves, rhythm, sensuality, and texture—then begin making that movement your own.
Explore pole, heels, striptease, and lap dance as tools for expression—not performance skills to perfect, but ways to expand how you move, play, feel, and express yourself.
